ASER Director and Managing Partner: Kamoliddin Abdurazakovich Khasanov
Kamoliddin Abdurazakovich Khasanov is a seasoned expert with over 18 years of experience in public administration in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions in Uzbekistani governmental bodies, including the positions of the head of the economic, investment, and foreign trade departments, as well as deputy governor for investment affairs.
Recognized as a leading expert in economics and investment in the republic, Mr. Khasanov has been instrumental in the execution of significant infrastructure and investment projects, along with public-private partnership initiatives. These efforts have greatly contributed to regional economic development and the attraction of substantial investment.
Mr. Khasanov is an alumnus of Tashkent State University of Economics (Bachelor’s Degree) and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Master’s Degree). This educational background enables him to effectively combine in-depth knowledge of economics and management with practical experience in complex project implementation.
